Football Tailgate Party | Volunteer

Please help out at the tailgate party. We need volunteers to help with a number of areas during the event:

Concessions in tailgate area - serving up snow cones, Hawaiian BBQ sandwiches, and limited drinks/snacks

• Matt and Heidi will have food & concessions prepared and ready to go

• 1x POS/Cashier - Booster Bucks Accepted

• 2-3x Food Servers

• 1x Helper & hand out leis

• Help pack-up items in Matt's truck for transport to the snack shack at 6:30 pm

Car Decorating Contest w/ Fire Chief Ed Mezulis (Judge)

• Help manage the contest (Two Categories: Best Senior & Best Student/Fan)

• Help Ed ensure he has seen all cars and identify the cars as Senior or Student/Fan

• Bring the winning information to Matt for announcement at 6:00 pm

Safety, traffic control & picture backdrop monitoring

• 1-2x Safety team - manage the entrance, keep cars from entering after 5:30 pm

• 1x Safety team & picture taker if asked - Keep an eye on the photo backdrop stage and help with taking pictures.

• Help deploy and remove school gates / cones
