Casino Night - Saturday Event

So volunteers can also enjoy the event we need as many helpers as possible. This will allow us to rotate and allow everyone the opportunity to enjoy the evening. Please help out!

Volunteer Needed:

(3) - front table (first hour)

(1) - ticket box (rotate)

(1-2) - floaters ~ extra chips/raffle tickets (rotate)

(1) - manage and support food workers (rotate)

(1) - Silent auction monitor & mark down person (all time)

(5-7) - close out the silent auction (last hour)

(2-3) - floaters ~ answer questions, refuse, take pictures, checking in on babysitting (rotate)

(1) - pickup pizzas for kids in gym (6:30)
