If you didn't know, Scorpions Track & Field is the largest athletic team at Sedona Red Rock Jr/Sr High School, with nearly 50 students participating this year. It is known throughout the state for nurturing incredible athletes, producing state champions, and hosting amazing track meets.
For the 2026 season, Coach Sean Eicher has two home meets planned. On March 31st, a dedicated Freshmen and Sophomore meet with 7-10 schools and 200+ athletes, and on April 25th, the Sedona Invitational with 18-20 schools and over 600 athletes participating.
These meets are considered by many schools to be the highlight of the Track & Field season. That's because they are well-organized, held at Sedona Red Rock's incredible setting, and most importantly, because the Scorpions community really shows up to help out.
Coach Sean is calling on parents, community members, and students to help out once again in this great event for our Scorpions!
Please take a moment to register for one or more volunteering opportunities below. Forty to fifty volunteers are required for each time slot. No experience is necessary. You will be helping with coordination, recording scores/times, and assisting the Scorpions Track Team in hosting a successful meet.
Please reach out to Coach Sean Eicher (eicher@sedonak12.org) with any questions or to the Scorpion Booster Club (info@ScorpionBoosterClub.com).
